Shipping and return policies for Sub Pop

Shipping Info
*All orders that contain a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready to ship. If you're placing an order with multiple items and would like items to be shipped as they are available, it is best to place separate orders for each item individually.

All orders typically get processed and shipped in 2-3 days from our warehouse in Seattle, WA.
Return Policy
Sub Pop offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email websales@subpop.com and make sure to include the order number or the email address used to place the order.

In order to receive a full refund:

- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
- CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email websales@subpop.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.

DIGITAL GOODS
Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital goods, please contact downloads@subpop.com.
